Updated October 28, 2026. These terms concern Nelvemi’s online store at https://nelvemi.com. Read them with the listing, checkout information and linked policies.
Agreement and eligibility
Using the store or ordering means accepting the applicable online terms. You must have legal capacity for the transaction, or appropriate permission and supervision where law allows. Use the store lawfully.
General conditions
Provide truthful information and act responsibly. Reasonable measures may address fraud, security risks or serious misuse without removing existing order remedies.
Descriptions and availability
Review descriptions, dimensions, quantities and variants before purchase. We aim for accuracy, but screen colors can vary and errors may occur. Availability changes. Mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain available.
Acceptance of orders
Submission or an automated acknowledgement is not always acceptance. Stock, payment or other details may need checking. If fulfillment is impossible, we contact you and arrange the refund or agreed solution due.
Prices and changes
Check the currency, item price, shipping, tax and total before payment. Future prices and online features may change. A materially different item or increase to an accepted order total will not be imposed without agreement.
Accounts and billing
Provide accurate billing, recipient and contact details, protect credentials and use authorized payment methods. Actual methods appear at checkout. Report mistakes or suspected unauthorized activity promptly.
Delivery and after-sales
Our Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund Policy explain fulfillment and return requests. Once payment is confirmed, processing and dispatch generally take up to 3 business days. Estimated transit is 5–11 business days, with average total fulfillment of 8–14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Changes depend on fulfillment status and require confirmation without limiting mandatory remedies.
Independent tools and links
Third parties may supply checkout, payment, delivery or other features under separate terms. Review relevant provider information. A link does not endorse all destination content; report a broken or misleading resource.
Submissions
Only share material you have a right to provide. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or another person’s private content. Feedback intended for publication may be displayed and reasonably formatted for store purposes while underlying ownership stays yours.
Privacy and store materials
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Do not email passwords or complete payment credentials. Store text and assets may be protected and require permission or another lawful basis for reuse.
Errors and availability
We may correct inaccuracies and maintain the site; uninterrupted online functions are not guaranteed. A material order error is explained with available options rather than assumed consent to a changed transaction.
Prohibited activities
Do not impersonate, commit fraud, bypass security, introduce malicious code, harvest information without authority, disrupt checkout or infringe rights.
Responsibility and disclaimers
Responsibility for loss follows applicable law and the circumstances, including foreseeable consequences of breach or negligence. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Claims resulting from misuse
Responsibility for third-party claims caused by unlawful conduct or infringement is determined under applicable law. This does not require you to cover our wrongdoing or waive mandatory protections.
Ending use
You may stop using the store. Access may reasonably be restricted for compliance, security or serious misuse, without erasing accrued obligations or order rights.
Severability and agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful. These terms and policies describe online arrangements without overriding mandatory law or a separately agreed written order commitment.
Law and revisions
Relevant legal rules and transaction facts determine applicable law. We do not impose an unrelated foreign jurisdiction or remove mandatory residence-based protections. Updates apply to future use without retrospectively removing existing purchase rights.
